Conference Database Management

Managing the scientific content of a conference is an in-depth process that requires significant advance planning and organization. After completing the call for papers, several months are required to collect, review and accept papers, and create the detailed conference program.

PSE has developed a proprietary database and data management process to oversee the entire conference process, beginning with the call for papers, followed by the delivery of presentations during the conference and ending with the publication of the proceedings.

• develop a conference homepage, register attendees, and collect fees
• send the call for abstracts and collect and organize the papers via a platform-independent web application
• create a customized online workflow for review and approvals
• organize and publish conference programs and citable conference proceedings
